How to Get Rid of Acne Scars? Best Acne Scars Treatment

3) Soft Tissue Filler or Dermal Filler

Soft Tissue Filler or Dermal Filler

Dermatologists recommend tissue fillers or dermal fillers to some patients, making the scars less noticeable. Filler injections into the dermis of the skin can lead to efficient results.

Two types of fillers are generally present for treatment. One is a Collagen-based filler; the other one is commercial fillers, including polymethylmethacrylate (PMMA), hyaluronic acid (HA), and poly-L-lactic acid (PLLA). Results of this method are temporary, so this process needs to be repeated several times after a gap.

This technique is preferable because the risk of skin color change is less in this method.
