Exercises for Bell’s palsy

There are many exercises for bell’s palsy that can be used to help attain a fast recovery. These can be done for the facial muscles to come back to their normal phase. These muscles become too loose on the side that the face drops downwards. Exercise can restore the normal tone of the muscle and help heal the pain quickly too.
The first one is facial stimulation which involves the movement of every part of your face. Lift the eyebrows a little higher than the other eyebrow, then twitch your lips and massage your cheeks. The second exercise is for the nose and cheeks. You can push up your cheeks gently towards your nose and your nose would get wrinkled. The next one is mouth exercise which involves the movement of muscles located in and around the mouth. You can smile and then make a frowny face, one after another. Repeat all these exercises after every 30 seconds to get a consistent result.
