Limit Stress

Limit Stress

Stress damages the body in more ways than we can understand. For instance, stress induces many hormonal changes which can cause your skin to become dry, increases acne and blackening around your eyes. In fact, this is exactly the reason why we tend to develop pimples when we have an important meeting or lecture. It can also deprive you of healthy sleep which also damages your skin. Several measures can be taken to decrease stress including breathing exercises, yoga, decreasing caffeine intake and sleeping at appropriate times. If your stress is out of control and is chronic, then it is perhaps a good idea to pay a visit to your doctor.
