Bleomycin
It is an expensive second and third-line treatment. It is a long-term treatment method. It involves exposure to systemic drugs. This treatment method is not recommended for breastfeeding, pregnant women, children, immunocompromised patients, and cardiovascular disorders. It is used to treat reluctant warts and needs only one treatment. It avoids exposure to normal skin and applies only on warts to prevent adverse effects. The success rate is 16-97%.

Retinoids
It includes tretinoin cream, isotretinoin, etretinate, and acitretin. It may involve the dermal of oral exposure. It is self-applied treatment, cost-effective, and easily accessible. It is used as a prophylactic measure for HPV. The success rate of the treatment involving retinoid is 54%- 85%.

Podophyllin
It is self-applicated treatment and cost-effective. The cure rate is 84.1%. It will result in the formation of inconsistent. It is not recommended for use in breastfeeding and pregnancy. The adverse effect may cause pain, the shape of blisters, inflammatory reaction, and burning sensation.
