Alcohol abuse
We define alcohol abuse as a drinking pattern that causes harm to yourself or other people around you. It causes a disruption in your interpersonal relationships, problems at work, and health issues in the long term.
If your alcohol use has turned into legal issues after hurting someone or drinking while driving, it is also considered alcohol abuse. Also, if you’re constantly tempted and sometimes consume alcohol in dangerous situations (operating machinery or driving), it is also considered alcohol abuse.
