Signs and Symptoms of Bell’s Palsy: What to Look Out For

Bell's Palsy Symptoms

When to Contact a Doctor?

When to Contact a Doctor?

Conditions in Bell’s palsy are only rarely severe because they tend to resolve slowly. However, once you feel the above-mentioned symptoms, your headache and facial weakness will aggravate into the facial drops and drool within the next 48 to 72 hours. For this reason, any hints and clues related to Bell’s palsy should be immediately reported to the physician.

Sometimes, as simple symptoms as loss of taste and dry mouth can depict an emergency, so even minor symptoms related to sensation should not be ignored and the patient should visit the doctor as soon as possible before the symptoms exaggerate.
