2) Chia Seed Crackers
Here’s a homemade alternative to processed crackers using chia seeds and other ingredients. Of course, you need some flour, and we recommend using brown rice flour and tapioca flour. We also recommend using arrowroot powder for this recipe and guar gum with a bit of salt. You will use ground chia seeds, shredded cheddar cheese, and butter in the recipe.
To prepare the recipe, start by mixing the dry ingredients in a large bowl. Then, add water and cheese into the mix until the dough balls up. Then, refrigerate the dough for 15 minutes and take it out to spread it with a rolling pin between two pieces of plastic wrap. Cut in squares and bake for 10 minutes.
