Drink Lots Of Water

Water evaporates all the time from your skin, especially in hot weather. Drinking water is the easiest and most effective method of protecting your skin from dryness and yourself from having a heat stroke. Avoid demineralized water especially in hot weather, as it deprives your skin of minerals that you lose in sweat. Make sure that you do not go outside without your flask.
