Granola Bites

These look like what we described for peanut butter bites, but the ingredients are different. We will still use peanut butter and oats, but this time we will also use rice Krispies, ground flax, honey, and vanilla extract. To make it attractive for kids, you can even use chocolate chips. Once again, this recipe is very easy to prepare. All you need is to combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix them until they are well combined.

Take the blend into the fridge for a few minutes, and then take it out to create balls with your hands, a spoon, or a cookie scoop. Place each ball in parchment paper and refrigerate them for a few hours. These granola bites can stay in the fridge for one or two weeks, and sometimes they may even last for a few months.
