These tiny powerhouses are filled with protein and plenty of micronutrients. For many years, there was a myth that eggs have a high cholesterol level and thus increase your blood cholesterol. But it is not valid. Dietary cholesterol does not always reach blood cholesterol unless you have a severe metabolic problem. So, in most cases, you are safe eating one or two eggs every day.
Eggs will give you only 1 gram of carbohydrates per serving. It is ideal if you don’t have much time and want to eat something tasty. Boil them for a healthy snack or cut them into pieces to include in your salad.
