Myasthenia Gravis; Symptoms, Causes & Treatment

4) Weakness In The Limbs

Weakness also reaches the limbs, which is usually limited to the hands and feet. However, it has been seen that upper limbs are more commonly affected than the lower limbs. Muscles of the face are also commonly affected, which makes the patient look bland without any expressions. The muscles of the neck are also affected, with the weight of the head not being able to balance out completely. This syndrome is called the ‘dropped head syndrome.’

All of these many symptoms point towards Myasthenia Gravis, making its diagnosis easier for physicians and doctors.
