Sciatica Exercises to Avoid

Many exercises should be avoided when you have sciatic pain because any wrong move can damage your nerves more and cause more pain.
Forward bends while sitting and standing should be avoided. Supine leg circles should be completely avoided too. Burpees and weighted squats are a complete no if you have sciatica. The core reason behind the prohibition of these exercises is that if you damage your nerve, you can risk your leg movements forever. Always get yourself exercised under a trainee or a physiotherapist because your body needs a professional healthcare provider and you cannot rely on the hands of an amateur when it comes to your health.
