4. Extreme Tiredness

Diabetes and chronic tiredness have a strong relationship and can make life pretty difficult. This type of tiredness can disrupt regular functioning and are very common in people with type 1 diabetes.
Studies have revealed that 85% of people with diabetes experience fatigue. The problem with fatigue is that it can lead to a never-ending cycle.
First, the person becomes tired and lacks the energy to carry out regular activities. Then they stop exercising and start making poor life choices.
These choices lead to depression, which in turn makes them feel tired even more. The cycle continues and finally, it will spiral out of control because blood sugars are not under control.
