7. Shingles

Shingles are a virus-borne skin condition that generates a red rash or vesicles. The trunk is the most typical site for this rash, but it can appear anywhere on the body, including the face and eyes.
Shingles commonly start with a burning or tingling sensation that can be extremely painful. Blisters packed with fluid can also form, usually on one side of the body.
Shingles can only be contracted by those who have already had chickenpox.
