25 Delicious Snack Ideas for Diabetics

15) Crispy Kale

Crispy Kale

Kale is a green vegetable with many nutrients and almost zero carbohydrates. But eating raw kale doesn’t seem tasty, and you will have to be a little creative to turn this ingredient into a delicious snack. All you need to prepare Krispy kale is this nutritious vegetable and olive oil. You can also use salt and spices for flavoring.

Take some olive oil and mix with spices and salt. Dip a bunch of kale in the solution and take it into the oven. It will be better if you preheat it to 340ºF. Bake for 20 minutes and take it out. Once you try Krispy Kale, you will not feel tempted to eat crunchy chips.
