Garlic has proven to be one remedy for many different things, including the common cold, a sore throat, and much more. It has potent anti-inflammatory, and more than that, it has a chemical named allicin, which combats bacteria, fungi, and even viral infections. In the case of a sore throat, garlic will relieve the inflammation while controlling the infection and boosting your immune system.
You can either crush garlic and ingest it gently with olive oil and honey or such on a slice of garlic for a few minutes. It should be raw, and if you can handle pure garlic, it will be more effective that way. The only bad thing is that garlic leaves you with bad breath, and it is not a good idea if you’re heading to meeting other people or give your presentation.
