Stay Hydrated

We tend to underappreciate how important hydration is for the recovery process of a common cold or a sore throat. However, it is fundamental to keep ourselves hydrated at all times. For the reasons we’ve discussed above, the water losses that occur during a common cold are greater than those that occur under normal conditions.
Thus, if we keep hydrated, this effect will be reduced, and the same will happens with our symptoms. Increase your intake of herbal infusions, electrolyte drinks specifically made for moderate dehydration, and high-moisture foods to stay hydrated.
