Ones which a large number of larva and worms hiding inside the small intestine are the ones who show the many signs and symptoms of worm infestation.

People with Ascaris lumbricoides infestation usually come with complaints of nausea, vomiting, consistent abdominal pain, blood in stools, and also diarrhea. Ones with a serious infection with a large number of worms harboring the small intestine have serious complaints of weight loss, fatigue, extreme abdominal pain, and the presence of worms in the vomit or the feces.
