Tuna is a favorite fish for many people and is an excellent source of vitamins, minerals, and proteins. With that said, tuna has a significant concentration of B12, especially beneath their skin, known as dark muscles.

In addition, tuna contains significant amounts of selenium, lean protein, phosphorus, and vitamins A and B3. Likewise, canned tuna has a high B12 concentration.
