How to Eat Chia Seeds in your Breakfast

Here’s a list of ideas to include chia seeds in your breakfast:

1) Paleo Crunch Cereal

Paleo Crunch Cereal

This is an excellent breakfast cereal recipe, and chia seeds will give a particular taste to it. Besides chia seeds, you will need coconut shreds, ground cinnamon, maple syrup, one egg, and sea salt. Take every dried ingredient to the food processor or a powerful blender to prepare your crunch cereal. You will end up with a type of flour and mix it with the egg and maple syrup.

Once this blend is ready and homogeneous, scoop it in parchment paper and cover it with another parchment paper. Flatten with a rolling pin and take it to the oven for 20 to 25 minutes. When the texture is dark brown, it will be ready to go. Let it cool and eat with a few berries.
