2) Paleo Oatmeal

Paleo Oatmeal

If you like oatmeal in the mornings, why not use chia seeds to accompany your breakfast? And if you’re following a paleo diet, here’s what you can do to eat oatmeals once again. You can take sunflower seeds, chia seeds, and pumpkin seeds into this recipe. They should be combined with pitted dates to recreate the feel of oatmeal. To enhance the taste, you can use vanilla extract, and we recommend using coconut milk. It will give your recipe a unique flavor and make it healthier and dairy-free.

Once again, it’s all about adding all the ingredients but coconut milk in a food processor for 2 minutes. The resulting texture will feel rough and chopped. Once you achieve the right consistency, store the mixture in the fridge. Take it out after it cools and serve one and a half cups of coconut milk with 1 cup of the mix. Boil for a few minutes, and it will be ready to eat.
