5. Beans

These are wonderful and very convenient foods if you want to increase your dietary iron intake. The bean with a higher iron supply is native to New Guinea, called winged bean, Manila bean, or dragon bean.
They have up to 24 milligrams of iron in each cup. But kidney beans are also a good source of this mineral. They contain around 17 milligrams in every cup. Additionally, beans have a type of soluble fiber that reduces cholesterol levels.
