5) Berry Smoothie Bowl

Berry Smoothie Bowl

Most children love smoothies, and by following this recipe, they will be consuming a lot of nutrients and phytonutrients. But if you’re smart, you can also work around the recipe and turn it into a berry smoothie bowl with nuts, seeds, and assorted fruits. It looks very tempting and tastes fantastic, providing many nutrients and antioxidants in every bite.

To prepare this recipe, we recommend using skimmed milk, 1 cup of iced cubes, frozen raspberries, strawberries, and other berries you would like to use. Use a blender to process all of these ingredients until you get a smooth and consistent texture. Then, serve in bowls instead of cups. On top of the bowls, you will add all kinds of fruits. You can also include nuts and seeds and grated coconut.
