22) Cocoa Powder
Chocolate is not necessarily out of the line if you’re following a healthy diet. Quite the opposite, because cocoa powder is a powerhouse of many nutrients. The problem with chocolate is that industrialized cocoa powder is offered along with too much sugar and other chemicals that ruin the nutritional quality of natural cocoa. But if you avoid that excess of calories, it is an excellent option, and you can prepare many recipes with it.
You will get around 4 grams of fiber per every two tablespoons of unsweetened cocoa powder. Make sure it has no added sugars, and use it on your protein shake. You can prepare homemade brownies or maybe your own healthy chocolate.
