19) Ground Turkey

With turkey and other poultry, you will probably not have significant problems with calories unless you buy a processed turkey, which may contain some sugar. But if you eat ground turkey, it is less likely to come across this issue. It is protein-rich and low-carb meat and an excellent candidate to make meatballs.
You can get creative with ground meat and even combine turkey and beef meat or alternate them with ricotta cheese and leafy greens. Try something new and cook them in the oven instead of frying. There are many recipes to try, and most of them do not require very complex ingredients or preparation.
