3) Blackberries

Berries usually have carbohydrates. At the end of the day, berries are fruits, and most fruits have carbs. Not all, however. Blackberries are the exception. They contain the vitamins and phytonutrients found in berries without the carbohydrates associated with their consumption. As such, it is a suitable food for people with diabetes and can be used sparingly in a keto diet.
This is a versatile food, and you can do many things with blackberries, from smoothies to a jam mixed with chia seeds. Just make sure that you do not add sugars to the equation. You can use Splenda and other zero-carb sweeteners instead.
