7) Stiff Achilles Tendon

Over 80% of the people who suffer from Plantar Fasciitis are the ones who feel tightness in the Achilles tendon. This tightness can be due to overuse injury. This is what happens when the person overuses the tendon that undergoes inflammation and as a result, becomes stiff. This also causes pain in the back of the foot and makes it very hard to walk properly.
Among many other symptoms, people who suffer from Plantar Fasciitis have such complaints in one foot, however, almost 30% experience such symptoms in both feet. The main symptom in these patients is pain, however, the duration, timing, and location of pain help differentiate it from other disorders of the foot. The symptoms begin small and increase over time. This is aggravated during weight-bearing exercises. A feeling of tingling; also known as paresthesia is also felt in some individuals.
