Zinc is found in almost every cell of the body. Thus, you will find this nutrient in most animal-based foods, especially meat. In sirloin steaks, we recommend lean sources because it has a lower calorie count and a higher concentration of zinc. So, you will get around 5 mg of zinc per 4 ounces (about 113 g).

Lean sirloin steak is also a source of high-quality protein and all B vitamins. Just remember that we tend to overdo with red meats, and it would be recommended to keep them at bay. Instead of eating beef meat every day, alternate with fish or follow a Mediterranean diet.
