Swelling of the Feet

Swelling of the feet is another obstructive symptom of cancer. In this case, the tumor is not causing obstruction in the urinary flow, but the blood flow instead. When it grows big enough, the tumor affects the venous return of blood to the heart, and when this happens, the liquid starts accumulating in the interstitial fluid and causing swelling of the feet.
In cases of diabetes and liver illness, swelling can also be a serious symptom. It may also appear in patients with cardiovascular problems, and you’ll need to report your symptoms to your doctor to get an accurate diagnosis.
