Dark Chocolate and Chia Granola

Why would you buy granola in the supermarket when you can make it yourself and choose the ingredients. It won’t be filled with synthetic ingredients to increase shelf life, and it will feel fresh and taste much better. The ingredients are up to you, but we recommend using oats, coconut shreds, dark chocolate chips, and cocoa powder. Of course, you can bring chia seeds and other types of seeds. Other ingredients include vanilla extract, salt, maple syrup, and coconut oil.

To prepare granola, combine the oats, chia seeds, coconut shreds, cook cocoa powder on one side, and the maple syrup, vanilla extract, and coconut oil in a saucepan. When the oil melts, pour the rest of the ingredients and stir. Finally, take the mixture on a baking sheet and take it to the oven for 20 minutes. Let it cool and sprinkle the chocolate on top.
