5) Strawberry & Chia Seed Smoothie Bowl
If you like smoothies, have you tried smoothie bowls? They are easy to make and will be an excellent idea for breakfast. The preparation is very similar to other smoothies, but the last step is different. It would help if you had frozen strawberries and other frozen berries, ice, milk, or coconut milk. If you want, you can include honey as a natural sweetener. Take all ingredients into the blender but instead of serving in a glass, fill in a bowl.
On top of the smoothie and before the creamy texture is gone, pour sliced berries and various nuts and seeds, including chia seeds. You can also add cocoa powder, pistachios, sesame seeds, coconut shreds, and more.
