Eggs
Studies conducted a few years ago showed that eggs elevated the risk of developing fatty liver disease. The results were collected from individuals that ate eggs once or twice a week, and the conclusion was similar after the adjustment of habits and clinical profiles of the individuals. In a case-control study in Iran, researchers found that people who took more than 3 eggs per week had 3.7 times more possibilities to develop FLD than people who took fewer eggs in the same lapse.
