2. Fruit Muffins

Muffins are foods you should limit yourself to eating once or twice. But they will stay on your diet as long as they contain olive oil and fruits. In this recipe, we recommend using mashed bananas, whole meal flour, olive oil, one egg, yeast, granola, and cinnamon to your taste. On top, you will also add extra fruits such as chopped bananas and peanut butter.
To prepare the dough, mix all the ingredients and pour them into baking molds. Bake for 15 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. Prepare the topping by mixing the diced bananas with peanut butter, honey, and a pinch of cinnamon. If you prefer to use strawberries or apples instead of bananas, cook them in the microwave for 5 minutes or until they soften a little, then add to the other ingredients. Let the muffins cool slightly, add the topping and serve.
