This time you need four whole eggs, one cup of chopped garlic, ½ a cup of cheese, eight cherry tomatoes, ¼ a cup of black olives, two tablespoons of oil, chopped rosemary, salt, and pepper.

Now you can prepare the recipe by heating oil in a nonstick skillet. Then sauté the leek until it wilts; add the tomato, olive, rosemary, cheese, salt, pepper, and mix. Heat the rest of the oil in the same skillet, and then pour the eggs lightly beaten with salt and pepper. When they are still soft, spread the stuffing and cook for another minute. Release the sides and fold the omelet forming a half-moon. And that’s it. You can now serve and enjoy.
