4) Exercises

Many exercises can be performed at home which is known to help heal Plantar Fasciitis. Gentle stretches and helping the calves stretch in a position that supports the heel is a great way to help the pathology reverse. This not just decreases the tensile pressure on the muscles but also enhances flexibility.
However, it is important not to engage in exercises that can aggravate the damage, therefore running and weight lifting are not recommended during this disorder. You can use a roller made of foam and run it beneath your toes, or use a bottle of water to help your tendons and ligaments stretch and relax one by one.
