6) Stretches

Many research studies have found that stretches for the treatment of Plantar Fasciitis have shown great results. This can be in the region of the calf or on the upper surface of the feet. Many researchers have seen that patients suffering from Plantar Fasciitis heal most effectively as compared to the ones who don’t.
Calf stretches are performed with the person standing with staggered legs in front of the wall as both of the hands are also stretched out. This can be done for approximately three minutes almost two to three times daily. This particular method of stretching works mainly due to the dorsiflexion helping in the prevention of worsening of the symptoms of Plantar Fasciitis.
There is also plantar fascia-stretching exercise that has been seen to be more effective than any other form of therapy given to patients with Plantar Fasciitis.
