8) Inserts and Brace

The usage of inserts and braces has long been in practice to help increase a few inches of height. However, many medical aspects come with the use of inserts and braces, one of them is during Plantar Fasciitis. These inserts or insoles are designed in a way that helps give support to the arch of the foot and helps the muscles of the foot as a person walks. This support offered by the inserts works by decreasing the amount of stress that the plantar fascia faces when walking. Therefore, the tissues don’t get abnormally pronated when walking and the damaged structures get a proper chance to heal. These inserts and braces can be customized according to the shape and structure of the foot and can help in the healing phase.
It is recommended to use these insoles/inserts and braces for at least three months to see pronounced effects on the arch of the foot and relief of pain from Plantar Fasciitis.
